Replacements

Our products are built to last, so if they fail, contact us at sales@shutitgatehardware.com. Our team will work with you to determine the issue and if deemed appropriate we will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for replacement. Print this number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. Include all components of the product with the return. Returned items must be received in our warehouse within ten (10) business days of issue of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

SHUT IT Gate Hardware is not responsible for return shipping costs. Since SHUT IT Gate Hardware cannot provide replacement without receipt of the item, we recommend that you use a delivery service offering tracking.

Once we have received your shipment for Replacement, we will send you replacement part(s) via UPS. SHUT IT Gate Hinges will be responsible for the shipping of your replacement part(s). Once a shipment has left our facility, SHUT IT Gate Hardware is not liable for rerouting a shipment to any address other than the one provided at time of shipment. SHUT IT Gate Hardware will not be responsible for any fees for rerouting or redirecting due to incorrect address information provided at the time the replacement is requested.
