SHUT IT will only accept unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us at customerservice@ddtechusa.com to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.  Print this number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. Include all components of the product with the return. Returned items must be received in our warehouse within ten (10) business days of issue of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

Once we receive your shipment for Refund, we will issue your refund to the form of payment originally used to make the purchase.
